AddIntel Secure File Transfer
As one of the most secure buildings in Europe, One Canada Square maintains strong security measures and allows us to confidently offer a robust safe data upload service to our clients.
Only two members of staff are authorised to access the SFT system. Both CRB checked, referenced and fully trained, their access is monitored and audited to maintain security and accountability at all times.
File is downloaded and subsequently automatically deleted from the AddIntel | Transfer server.
Downloaded file is encrypted and then matched to our proprietary database using our secure offline matching server. This process cross-references every supplied customer name and address against our own database and applies a unique coded ID (UCID) to every matching record. This eliminates the need to store any customer information.
The company name encoded to each UCID is stored offline, making it impossible to match a company’s customer records to records held on our database.
The uploaded file is deleted immediately after processing or automatically after 48 hours if not processed.
